Personal assistance is a service profession and your task is to provide service and good practical assistance as instructed, so that the supervisor can live their life in the way they want and need. It is the supervisor, as your immediate superior, who defines what your position should contain and what tasks you should perform at any given time: User-controlled personal assistant in 2x 49% permanent positions are sought for boy of 16 years. The working hours will vary, but preferably during the day and evening on weekdays and weekends with working weekends every 6 weeks per position. The working hours will be determined in a work plan and may be somewhat flexible by agreement and wishes from the employees. We are also looking for on-call temps who can step in at short notice for the permanent employees in the event of illness or other absence. It is also desirable that the permanent employees can substitute for each other in case of absence.

A little about me:

I am a social boy of 16 years who lives in Moelv with my mom and our dog. I have a rare diagnosis that means I need a lot of help in my everyday life. I'm a very cheerful and sociable boy who loves to play and have fun but can also at times just need rest and shielding. Things I like to do include: Reading aloud, playing on the iPad, being outside looking at cars and being in the kitchen while cooking. I get all my meals through a button on my stomach. Even though I have the button on my stomach, I like to eat a little myself to taste new things. I have a number of assistive devices that I use in everyday life that you have to learn to use with me, such as a wheelchair, hoist and walking aid. . If you become my assistant, you will of course receive full training in all the technical equipment I use throughout the day. If this sounds interesting, feel free to send in an application.
