Ringsaker relief center is located in Brumunddal and organizes relief services for families who have particularly heavy care tasks for children and young people 0-18 years with disabilities. The unit has 22.3 man-years and is interdisciplinary in composition.
The position has a rotation with work in long shifts every 4th weekend for employees in 100% position. Some evening shifts must be expected. As an employee at Ringsaker relief center, you will be part of a team with responsibility for individual children / young people. The unit is preferably looking for a social worker, but nurses with relevant expertise can also apply.
Tasks:
- Perform tasks in accordance with the content of the service and the daily operation of the unit
- Perform documentation in our professional systems in accordance with legislation
- Prepare and follow up goal and action plans in accordance with legislation. and action plans in accordance with the law
- Be a coordinator/child coordinator for individual plans
- Prudent handling of medicines
- Close cooperation with relatives and other natural partners
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Contribute to service development and guide pupils, students and others.
Qualifications:
- Authorization as a social worker or nurse is required
- Relevant experience in working with children and young people is desirable
- Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
- Driver's license cl. B

- Aut. special care nurse, job code 7710: From NOK 588,600 to NOK 671,200

- Aut. nurse with further education, job code 7523: From NOK 588,600 to NOK 671,200
- Turnus work with long shifts over 12 hours at least every 4th weekend gives a functional supplement of NOK 9,000 per year.

Tests and diplomas are loaded as attachments to the application. The unit has a car and a driver's license class B is required. A police certificate, not older than 3 months, must be presented before starting.
