Brumunddal ungdomsskole will have around 380 pupils and approximately 50 employees in the school year 2026/2027. The school is organized in stages with a stage leader at each stage and two contact teachers per class. We work systematically with improvement work within the basic skills and the interdisciplinary themes in the new curriculum. The school has introduced a PC as a 1:1 device for all students, and digital literacy is an important focus area. The school has good support systems with counselors and youth counselors who work closely with teachers and students. Over the next two years, we will be working actively with student participation in subjects and in our work on social skills. As part of Ringsakerskolen, we have ambitions to give our students the best possible learning outcome - academically and socially.

We have a vacancy for a 100% full-time position teaching Norwegian, in combination with music, German/French/Spanish and/or arts and crafts.

Tasks

    Ringsaker municipality offers supervision of newly qualified teachers. The supervision is organized through a supervisor corps consisting of experienced teachers with supervisor training.
