
There is a vacancy for a 100% permanent position as an ICT specialist in Technical Operations, reporting to the team leader of support functions for water and wastewater. Technical operations consists of 80.5 full-time equivalents and is responsible for key technical community tasks such as water supply, drainage, municipal roads, as well as parks and green spaces. The unit is also an important player in urban and business development, and works purposefully for safe water supply, good wastewater management, efficient and traffic-safe transport and good framework conditions for residents and businesses.
The position is located in the Department of Water and Wastewater, which operates about 1,000 km of pipelines and around 130 technical buildings, including three waterworks and four treatment plants. The department's main tasks are to maintain the pipe network, supply safe and sufficient drinking water and transport and treat wastewater.
