The Culture unit is responsible for the operation of municipal sports and swimming pools in Ringsaker municipality. The municipality's swimming pools include Moelvhallen and Mjøsbadet in Brumunddal. We are looking for committed and motivated employees who want to be part of the team with tasks as a lifeguard.

We now have vacancies:

30% permanent position

25% permanent position

25% temporary position until 31.07.2027

The positions are part of a rotation divided into day/afternoon/evening and weekend shifts and the workplace is associated with both swimming facilities, Mjøsbadet and Moelvhallen.

In addition, we are looking for on-call temps.

Tasks:

• Supervision in sports and bathing facilities, follow-up of public order and landlord regulations
• Billing and administrative tasks at reception.
• Some simple cleaning and ongoing operational tasks
• Follow-up of internal control
• Reporting obligation to the department

Qualifications:

• Good swimming skills and approved lifesaving test is an advantage. Must be able to dive and dive. Recent test in accordance with regulatory requirements must be completed and passed prior to employment. Necessary training will be provided as needed.
• Good physical fitness
• Good basic computer skills
• Must have a good command of Norwegian, spoken and written.
• Must be 18 years of age
