We are looking for a dedicated physician for a full-time (100%) permanent position at Brumunddal Nursing Home and Nes Nursing Home/FSE. Brumunddal Nursing Home has 95 beds and 1.2 full-time equivalent physician positions. We are committed to patient-centered care—using the question “What is important to you?” as our starting point. About the role

As a nursing home physician, you will be responsible for the medical care of patients and play a key role in interdisciplinary teamwork. You will actively participate in professional development and in-house training, and help ensure high-quality and safe services.

Qualifications

  • Norwegian medical license
  • Preferably a specialist in general practice, internal medicine, physical medicine, or another relevant specialty
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

We facilitate specialization—this position can count toward up to 2 years of training in general practice.
