We are looking for support contacts for service recipients living at home throughout Ringsaker Municipality.

We need support contacts for children, youth, or adults who need assistance in engaging in meaningful leisure activities. It is desirable for applicants to have some knowledge of ADHD, autism, or mental health conditions, but this is not a requirement. We need support contacts for many service recipients with varying needs, so please feel free to mention in your application what type of service recipient you believe you can best assist.

Qualifications/Personal Qualities:

• Applicants must be over 18 years of age
• Class B driver’s license
• Emphasis will be placed on personal qualities in relation to the user’s support needs. 

Other:

• Applicants will be contacted after the application deadline. The number of hours approved per month will vary.
• Support contacts work on assignment for the municipality and are therefore not permanent employees.
• The hourly wage is NOK 203.59, plus reimbursement of expenses up to NOK 460 per month.
• A recent police background check must be submitted prior to employment (it cannot be older than 3 months).

Pursuant to Section 25 of the Public Administration Act, information about an applicant may be excluded from the public list of applicants if the applicant requests it. Applicants who wish to have their names excluded from the public list of applicants must provide a justification. If the justification for exclusion is insufficient, the applicant will be contacted.
