Supported services consist of a work and training center, 21 group homes, respite care for adults, a children’s home, and a nursing home. The services are primarily aimed at people with developmental disabilities and are provided in Moelv, Brumunddal, Brøttum, and Nes. The administration is currently located in Brumunddal. We aim to focus on prevention and empowerment, and our employees are our most important resource for achieving this.

We are seeking:

1 x 100% permanent position as a healthcare assistant is available, starting September 1, 2026. The position involves day and evening shifts, in addition to 12.5-hour shifts every fourth weekend. The position is based at Storgata 44. The unit provides services to people with complex needs. Some of our focus areas include contributing to a meaningful daily life, providing targeted environmental support, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a sense of security and stability among our service users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties in accordance with the nature of the service and the daily operations of the residence
  • Assist with assessing service needs
  • Maintain documentation in our professional systems, Profil and EQS, in accordance with applicable laws
  • Follow up on measures in accordance with decisions and the goal and action plan
  • Supervise assistants
  • Collaborate with family members
  • Contribute to innovation and staying current within the profession and in the work
  • Perform delegated tasks related to medication management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and participate in care teams

Qualifications:

  • License as a healthcare assistant/auxiliary nurse is required
  • Be familiar with, and perform tasks in accordance with, the laws, regulations, and rules governing the service.
  • Knowledge of goal-oriented environmental work
  • Experience with and knowledge of Chapter 9 of the Health and Care Services Act
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the user group
  • Expertise, experience, or interest in people with complex needs
  • Class B driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently; enjoys taking on challenges
  • Demonstrates respect, has a positive attitude, and is loyal
  • Personal suitability will be emphasized

We offer:

Annual salary for a full-time position: healthcare assistant/nursing aide, official job code 7077/7076: From NOK 475,300 to NOK 551,100.
