Personal assistance is a service profession, and your job is to provide service and practical assistance as instructed, so that the person you’re assisting can live their life the way they want and need to. It is the client, as your immediate supervisor, who defines the scope of your position and the tasks you are to perform at any given time.

We are seeking:

Personal assistant for a 40% temporary position. The position is available immediately. We are also seeking vacation and on-call substitutes who can be available on short notice.

The position involves both day and evening shifts and may occasionally include overnight shifts. The specific days are not fixed but will be scheduled in a work plan. It is desirable that you can also serve as an on-call substitute in the event of illness or vacation coverage. Even if you have no prior experience working as a personal assistant, you are welcome to apply. A healthcare background is not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, independent, and able to step up when needed.

I am a young woman in my 40s who uses sign-to-speech and communicates well with those who know me. The work takes place in my home. I need help with everything I do, including personal care, transfers, tube feeding, and all daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Class B driver’s license
• Personal suitability will be emphasized

We offer:

Annual salary for a full-time position: job title, personal care assistant, job code 6572: From NOK 418,600 to NOK 515,800.
