Ringsaker School aims to equip students as well as possible to take charge of their lives and participate in work and community life. Brøttum Elementary and Middle School is the only K-10 school in Ringsaker, with a total of 363 students. Geographically, we are located in the northern part of the municipality, approximately 12 km from Lillehammer. The school is designed to accommodate 425 students. This is a wonderful school with an integrated school library, specialized rooms such as art and crafts, a music room, a science room with a laboratory, and a room for food and health education. We also have a multipurpose hall, an auditorium, and a cafeteria. We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a fast-paced and active work environment and offer a position in a performance-oriented setting. Our goal is mastery and development for everyone, both students and staff.
We have a full-time (100%) temporary teaching position available. Preference will be given to candidates whose subject areas include English and social studies at the lower secondary level. Teaching at the elementary level may also be relevant. Start date: October 12, 2026, or as soon as possible. The temporary position is limited to 6 months.

Qualifications:
- Teaching certification for lower secondary school in English and social studies is preferred.
- Experience as a homeroom teacher is an asset.
