Hjemmetjenesten in Ringsaker is responsible for providing home-based health and care services to the residents of Ringsaker. The positions advertised are currently under Zone 3 which is based in Brumunddal. The home care service focuses on providing patients with high-quality services and facilitating comprehensive care at all stages of life. We focus on prevention and coping, and our employees are an important resource for succeeding with this.

We are looking for:

Three nurses in 2x 100% 1x 90% permanent position in the Home Care Unit, Zone 3.

We want a colleague who is committed, loyal, flexible and adaptable. You must be independent and be able to cope with a varied and at times unpredictable working day, high tempo and sudden changes. We expect you to be a positive and active contributor to our work environment.

Tasks:

• Home care based on the individual's needs
• Performance of various specialized nursingprocedures
• Medication management
• Follow-up of security alarms and emergency medical assessments of patients with changes in the disease picture
• Close dialogue and cooperation internally and with other support services
• Documentation and follow-up of patient records
• Primary/secondary responsibility for individual patients
• Defined areas of responsibility in the department/unit based on needs, competence and field of interest
• Supervision of colleagues, nursing students and new employees
• Participation in collaboration and treatment meetings

Qualifications:

• Norwegian authorization as a nurse.
• Experience from home-based care is desirable, but not a requirement.
• Driver's license class B.

Pay/conditions:

Annual salary in 100% position:

Nurse, job code 7174: From NOK 547 600,- to NOK 639 400,-

Working hours day/evening with currently work every third weekend.
