What does the role involve? As a barista at Greta's, you're often the first person a guest meets - so your warmth and sense of service are crucial to the overall experience. You are passionate about coffee, drinks and good flavors, and have an eye for detail and a natural drive for order and orderliness - both in your own work and in collaboration with colleagues. Your main tasks are to prepare and serve coffee and drink specialties, serve light dishes and be responsible for your own cash register. You will ensure that the bar and café area is always inviting and well organized, and you will of course help out with other tasks around the hotel when needed. Everything you do contributes to a warm and memorable experience for our guests at Greta's. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least five years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The service is an employment for single days on extra if needed.
