What does the role involve? Your primary role is to ensure that our breakfast guests have a world-class dining experience. You support the breakfast operation by planning and preparing both cold and hot items for our breakfast buffet at the hotel. Your tasks include simple cooking, preparation, picking up and keeping order in the kitchen, restaurant and public areas. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least one year of experience in similar work and are used to working in a team. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you are able to convey a good sense of hospitality to the hotel's guests and manage to keep many balls in the air at the same time. Information about the position: The position is a fixed-term part-time breakfast chef position at 75%. Start immediately for training before the summer. The service lasts until August 17, 2025. Your immediate manager will be our Housekeeping & Breakfast Manager. The position involves early morning shifts starting at 05.00 which means being able to get to the hotel in good time before the shift. We only accept applications via our website.
