What does the role involve?

Your main role is to support the operation of our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees who are closest to the guest can have their full focus on providing world-class service. Your duties include basic food preparation, prep, take-out and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You ensure that dishes, cleaning and self-monitoring flow and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have at least one year of experience in similar work as well as experience in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
