What does the role involve? Your primary role is to support operations in our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees who are closest to the guest can have their full focus on providing world-class service. Your duties include basic food preparation, prep, take-out and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You will ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. You also work in the breakfast room among guests, so good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe you will have at least one year's experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The position is a single day position on an as needed basis.
