What does the role involve? Your main role is to work in our breakfast department and give our guests the best start to their day. You will contribute to providing world-class service. Your duties will include basic cooking, preparation, picking up and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You will ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, you need to be an early riser and we expect you to have at least one year's experience in similar work, as well as experience in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The position is a permanent part-time position with the possibility of more time.
