What does the role involve?
Your main role is to work in our breakfast department and give our guests the best start to the day. You will contribute to providing world-class service. Your duties will include basic cooking, preparation, serving and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You will ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Lunch service may also occur.
Who are you?
To be suitable for the role, you need to be an early riser and we believe that you have at least one year of experience in similar work as well as experience in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
Information about the position:
The position is a part-time temporary position with the possibility of more time. The job requires the ability to work early mornings and weekends.
