What does the role entail?
Your primary role is to support operations in our food and beverage departments by handling various operational tasks, so that the employees who are closest to our guests can focus fully on providing world-class service. Your responsibilities include simple food preparation, prepping, plating, and keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy. You’ll ensure that dishwashing, sanitation, and self-inspection run smoothly and in accordance with food safety policies, concepts, and manuals.
Who are you?
To be a good fit for this role, we believe you have at least one year of experience in similar work, as well as experience in concept-driven operations. Most important, however, are your personal qualities and your attitude. To be a good fit for this role, you need to be a strong team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall results. It’s also important that you can provide excellent hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
