What does the role involve? Your main role is to prepare, serve and maintain the breakfast and lunch service. You make sure that the breakfast buffet always looks fresh and inviting and that the guests feel welcome and cared for. In addition to breakfast, you will work with conference service such as serving coffee and keeping the conference room clean and tidy. As well as setting up and serving lunch to our conference guests. Your duties also include preparing breakfast for the next day, washing dishes and keeping order in the kitchen and public areas. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have experience in similar work and in concept-driven operations. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to hotel guests.
