What does the role of chef entail?

Here, you’ll play a vital role at the hotel by ensuring a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. Your main responsibilities include planning, preparing, and cooking food, as well as presenting it in an appealing way. You’ll also step in to support and assist the team in other areas of the hotel as needed. You will work alone in the kitchen for most of your shifts.

Who are you?

To be a good fit for this role, you need to have a passion for food and be attentive to details and guests’ individual needs. You value organization and order, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. For this position, we require that you have completed culinary training or have acquired equivalent skills through other means. Personal qualities and attitude are the most important factors for this recruitment. To be a good fit for the role, you need to be a strong team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall results. It is also important that you can provide excellent hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
