What does the role involve?
As F&B Manager, you have overall responsibility for our restaurants, bars and kitchens, managing operations together with your direct reports. You will ensure efficient and sustainable ways of working and a clear structure for the entire F&B, in line with the hotel's mission as an event hotel. This includes procedures, management support and a well-functioning organization.
You work with a strong business acumen, drive profitability, ensure good cost control and work actively with additional sales. You follow relevant key figures and have a good ability to optimize staffing and operations based on occupancy and forecasts.
In this role, you are constantly updated on the market and find the balance between short-term profits and long-term sustainable results.
You are part of the hotel's management team and work closely with the General Manager and Hotel Manager to drive the hotel's strategic and operational development forward. As a leader, you are a visible, committed force - both in the operation and in the whole - and an important culture builder at the hotel. You switch easily between managing employees and managing through your leaders.
The position includes:
- Work strategically and goal-oriented with clear key figures.
- Create and quality assure effective ways of working, standards and procedures.
- Manage, coach and develop staff and leaders through presence and clarity.
- Recruit and attract future colleagues.
- Drive a value-driven service culture and high quality guest experience.
- Optimize staffing and operations based on occupancy and forecasts.
- Be an active part of the hotel's long-term work in the management team.
The role reports to the General Manager.

Experience and skills you bring with you
- Experience as F&B Manager, preferably from a hotel - or equivalent leading role in the service industry.
- Experience in managing other leaders.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, alcohol legislation and health and safety.
- experience in budgeting, cost control and reporting
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Good computer skills.
Merit: Experience from event operations or large flows.
