Scandic Group & Meeting Sweden is Scandic's Inhouse Sales department where we handle all group and meeting business in all segments for our hotels in Sweden. We take care of and are with the customer all the way from the quote request until their arrival and follow up and handle the invoicing after departure. We now need to strengthen one of our teams with a new, lovely colleague and are looking for a dedicated Group & Meeting Sales Agent who is passionate about the business and service! As a Group & Meeting Sales Agent, you are responsible for the entire deal, from the inquiry and all the way to the guest's arrival at the hotel by doing a needs analysis, sending a quote and confirming the deal and planning the entire booking in detail, all based on the customer's individual needs. After departure, you are responsible for invoicing and following up with the customer. You, your team and your Manager Group & Meeting Sales work with several segments closely and together with several hotels around Sweden. As a Group & Meeting Sales Agent you need to be responsive, accurate and have a desire to deliver service at the highest level. You are creative, driven by sales, have a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers and are easy to work with. We want you to be brave, take initiative and dare to come up with new suggestions and ideas. We take it for granted that you are passionate about good customer relations and that your communication skills are top notch. You are responsible for ensuring that your performance contributes to the team achieving its goals and that customers experience fantastic service. The position is a temporary position until December 2026 Previous experience of similar work, Scandic and knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage. If you have experience in selling and planning meetings, it is an advantage. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement. We are located in bright premises in Solna Business Park and working hours are distributed between 8.00-17.00 on weekdays and weekends may occur.
