What does the role involve? As a property manager at Scandic, your main focus is to keep the hotel in great condition for our guests. The work involves, among other things, manning our goods reception, repairs and simpler maintenance work in hotel rooms and other guest areas. This means that you will be saying hello to our guests in the corridor - this is exactly where and when we demonstrate the good service we have. In this role, goods reception and unpacking are a major focus. You will be the important cog on our loading dock and are the one who receives and keeps track of everything that is delivered to us. In your role, you also work with daily operations, mainly at Scandic Go, as well as planned and corrective maintenance of all the hotel's premises. You are part of a lovely team of 5 people, who all help to welcome our guests to well-kept hotels. You will report to our Property Manager who is responsible for two of our hotels, so this role will also work at both of these hotels. Our business operates around the clock so working hours will vary, with evenings and weekends regularly on the schedule. Who are you? We are looking for you who have experience in goods and goods reception, property management or similar tasks. In addition, you have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Structure, accuracy, drive and flexibility are important qualities, you have an eye for detail and you thrive among people and working in a changing environment.
