What does the role involve? As a property manager at Scandic, your main focus is to keep the hotel in great condition for our guests. Scandic is a tenant and is operationally responsible for both the hotel property and the building. The work is largely done in hotel rooms and other guest areas, and there will therefore be many hello's in the corridor to our guests - it is precisely there and then that we demonstrate the good service we have. In your role, you work with daily operations as well as planned and corrective maintenance of the hotel's premises and installations such as doors, locks and furnishings and equipment in hotel rooms, gym, kitchen and restaurant, conference, pool and sauna / relax. It also includes a lot of work with our outdoor environment. Sustainability is an important keyword and you work actively with this in your daily work. You report to a Property Manager. Who are you? We are looking for you who have technical training and experience in property management or are currently training in the field. You have knowledge in one of the areas of electricity, plumbing or control and regulation technology. In addition, you have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Information about the position: The service is a fixed-term employment on a part-time basis according to schedule. Weekend work occurs. You will mainly work in our real estate department during the summer but also help out in our housekeeping department during peak times.
