Your primary role is to support operations in our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees who are closest to the guest can have their full focus on providing world-class service. Your duties include basic food preparation, prep, take-out and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you?
