What does the role involve? As a property manager at Scandic, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel, which includes everything from mowing the lawn and replacing light bulbs to simple carpentry work and property maintenance. You'll also handle fault reports from guests and colleagues, where your sense of service and ability to respond quickly will make a big difference. With a positive and solution-oriented attitude, you create security and well-being for everyone who stays with us. Structure, accuracy, drive and flexibility are important qualities, you have an eye for detail and you thrive among people and are easy to collaborate with. You report to a Property Manager. Who are you? We're looking for someone with technical training and experience in property management. You have knowledge in one of the areas of electricity, HVAC or control and regulation technology. Knowledge of fire safety and facility manager training is desirable for the position. In addition, you have computer skills and good knowledge of both Swedish and English. Information about the position: The service is an employment for single days on extra if needed, with good chance of summer job. The service may also include evenings and weekends as needed.
