What does the role of Property Manager/Technician involve? As a Property Manager/Technician at Scandic, your main focus is to keep the hotel in great condition for our guests. Scandic is a tenant and is operationally responsible for both the hotel property and the building. The work is largely done in hotel rooms and other guest areas, and there will therefore be many hello's in the corridor to our guests - it is precisely there and then that we demonstrate the good service we have. In your role, you work with daily operations as well as planned and corrective maintenance of the hotel's premises and installations such as doors, locks and furnishings and equipment in hotel rooms, gym, kitchen and restaurant, conference, pool and sauna / relaxation. Measures to optimize the operation of the building's climate control system, heating and ventilation, consumption readings are also included. Furthermore, the role includes working with the hotel's fire and safety, property operations and maintenance, both preventive and emergency. Sustainability is an important keyword and you are thus actively working to bring it into our working methods further. The business involves some regulatory requirements and you are involved in many of these. You will report to a Property Manager. Who are you? We're looking for someone with technical training and experience in property management. You have knowledge in one of the areas of electrical, plumbing or control engineering. Knowledge of fire safety is needed for the service and facility manager training fire alarm & sprinkler and certificate in Otherwise, you have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
