What does the role of Property Manager entail? As a Property Manager, you'll ensure that property operations are managed according to plan and that the hotel meets all property-related regulatory requirements. You supervise technicians in their work but also carry out supervision, care and corrective maintenance yourself. While you are part of the property organization, you have a close relationship with the property owner, General Manager, the hotel's various departments and suppliers.Your tasks as Property Manager:- Lead and distribute the daily work of the property department- Pool care and maintenance- Supervision, care and remedial maintenance- Develop and ensure that the operation and maintenance plan is updated and followed- Fire protection manager- Systematic fire protection work- Facility manager for fire alarms and sprinklers- Responsible for reporting media consumption- Invoice management and orders for materials and services- Lead and participate in property projects- Safety work according to Scandic Standard- Coordinate, coordinate, plan and follow up on subcontractors- Be part of the hotel's crisis team- Be part of the hotel's management team Who are you? You have good teamwork skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service The role requires experience in technical management and a technical education of at least upper secondary level. You may have an interest in one of the areas of electricity, plumbing or control and regulation technology. You also need to have a good knowledge of fire safety, AFF definitions and property regulations. If you have facility manager training in fire alarms and sprinklers and a certificate in hot work, it is an advantage.
