We are looking for you who have work experience as a property manager / property technician and who want to work in a property organization, where you at your hotel work in a team with close cooperation with the hotel's other departments. You will work closely with the hotel's Property Manager who is your supervisor. As a Property Technician, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are made and, as the driven problem solver you are, you take on and solve unpredictable situations that may arise in the technical operation of a hotel. Many contact surfaces within your own team as well as at the hotels require good collaboration skills. And since much of the work takes place in common areas with proximity to our dear guests, integrity and social skills are important personal qualities for the role.You will be part of Technical Operations Stockholm, where we are an organization that ensures that our 28 hotels in Greater Stockholm are prepared to welcome our guests.One hotel will be your home hotel, but we work across borders and we see that you can help at other hotels when needed. An example of your duties as a Property Technician will be: - Supervision and patrol of the property. - Troubleshooting property maintenance, such as changing faucets, fixing furniture or programming locks. - Preventive systematic fire protection work through rounds and checks - Helping to run preventive maintenance projects and improvement projects Merit: - Documented work as Property Technician / Property Manager / Property Technician - Documented work in the construction sector - carpenter, tiler, plumber or similar - Experience with locking systems such as Visionline / Salto - Education/knowledge in electrical engineering - Knowledge of building and real estate technology - Used to working in M365 (Microsoft Office) - Swedish and English in speech and writing.
