What does the role involve? Receptionist As a receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service. You are the spider in the web that makes sure the guest is always in focus. You're the one who goes through the arrival list and spends time on the details. Making sure that the guest's wishes are fulfilled. You always have a smile on your face and a creative solution in your back pocket. You solve most problems and are a star at turning a dissatisfied guest into a satisfied guest. Your workplace is our lobby. Because that's where you meet the most guests. Your responsibilities also include administrative work, security work and sales work. Working at reception means checking guests in and out, greeting them and giving them the information they need about their stay. You manage bookings in the Opera Cloud system and handle administrative tasks around guests and security. All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus. Waiter (Waiter/Waitress) You are the first guest to meet in our restaurant, therefore it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and like order and orderliness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. Of course, you will also support the team at the hotel with other tasks as needed. The hotel is open around the clock, so it is important that you are comfortable working in shifts (mornings, afternoons and weekends). Who are you? To fit the role, we believe that you have well-developed interpersonal skills and are able to handle many different things happening at the same time. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel guests. You also have experience and knowledge of working with a computer as a tool. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
