What does the role entail In the role of Restaurant and Conference Manager, you have overall responsibility for the restaurant, conference and banquet operations. You are constantly updated and have an eye on the market. You are also responsible for striking the all-important balance between short-term profits and long-term sustainable results. In this role, you are expected to lead the department with the help of your colleagues and drive our hotel forward. Furthermore, the position means that you: - Work strategically and with target management (including relevant key performance indicators). - Motivates and coaches your staff. - Attracting and recruiting future colleagues. - Being part of the hotel's management team where you are actively involved in the long-term work of the entire hotel. - The role reports to the General Manager.
