We are now looking for a Senior Hotel Manager for Scandic Talk. As Hotel Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the hotel's visitors and guests are offered fantastic experiences. You are responsible for personnel, quality and results for the Front Office, Housekeeping & Breakfast and Meeting departments. And since no two days at the hotel are the same, it will place great demands on your ability to coach, engage and inspire both managers and teams to constantly challenge and develop working methods to best meet our guests' expectations in a changing market. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. In the role you report to the General Manager. As the General Manager is responsible for two hotels and is not always on site, the role has overall responsibility for the entire hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
