What does the role involve? As Shift Lead for breakfast and lunch, you will lead and distribute the daily work during the service, with the goal of creating an efficient flow and a positive work environment. You will ensure that procedures and quality standards are followed and support the team in delivering world-class service. You are a leader present in the operation - part of the team and at the same time a front-line role model. Your main task is to ensure that the guest is always in focus and has a memorable experience, from early breakfast to late lunch. The role also involves working closely with the kitchen, conference, reception and other departments to ensure a smooth and well-functioning workflow throughout the day. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you are a service-oriented and responsible person who thrives in a leading role in the daily work. You have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or café, and are used to change of pace and early mornings. You like to take the initiative, see what needs to be done and are able to motivate others through your presence and commitment. As a person, you are structured, cooperative and have an eye for both details and the big picture. You are confident in communicating in Swedish and English, and always have the guest experience in focus.
