What is the role of Shift Leader Housekeeping? Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the important task of ensuring that the hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that our guests have a "wow" feeling when they enter the hotel and their hotel room. Your main tasks are cleaning of hotel rooms, corridor, kitchenette and public areas of the hotel. You handle laundry and restock supplies. Of course, you will support the hotel team with other tasks as needed. In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the workflow in the team. You work with the team to prioritize tasks so that the business flows so that guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute work and manage staffing during your shift. If necessary, you will be given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you will also relieve the Housekeeping Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe that you have at least two years of professional experience, as well as experience in guest relations and service operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and can express yourself well in Swedish.
