What does the role of Shift Leader Restaurant entail?

In the restaurant, you are often the first guest you meet, so a warm welcome, attention to detail and focus on the guest's needs are crucial. You will serve food and drinks, be responsible for your own cash register and support the team when needed.

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the hospitality of the hotel during your shift, leading and distributing the work, managing staffing and ensuring a smooth guest flow in the restaurant. You also contribute to the introduction of new employees and support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

The position is a permanent part-time position.
