What does the role of Shift Leader Restaurant entail?
You who work in our restaurant are the first guest to meet in our restaurant, so it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and like order and orderliness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed. During your time with us, these areas may vary as you and the business develop.
In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for always delivering great hospitality to guests and staff. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business runs smoothly and guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you will be given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you will also relieve the Restaurant Manager with some administrative tasks.
Who are you?
To be suitable for this role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in restaurant work. If you also have experience in concept-driven operations, this is a big plus. As we have guests from all over the world, very good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

The position is a permanent part-time position, approximately 80%.
