What does the role of Shift Leader Restaurant entail? You who work in our restaurant are the first guest to meet in our restaurant, so it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and like order and orderliness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. You will also partly work at the reception, where you will be the spider in the web and ensure that every guest receives world-class service. You check in and out guests, manage bookings in Opera Cloud, work with sales, security and administrative tasks. You'll keep track of arrival lists, guests' requests and make sure to create personalized experiences - always with a smile and a solution-oriented attitude. In the role of Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the hospitality of the entire hotel towards both guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operation, you have the overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business flows so that the guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you will be given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel and you will also relieve the Restaurant Manager with some administrative tasks. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe you will have at least one year's experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and willingness to work with operational leadership. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The position is a full-time, permanent position.
