As evening sous chef, you are the operational leader in the kitchen during service and are responsible for ensuring that operations maintain high quality, pace and structure. You are the obvious leader in the kitchen during the evening hours and ensure that the team performs at its best.
You report directly to the Head Chef and work closely with him/her on matters of quality, structure, menu development and kitchen performance. Together you will drive the kitchen forward.

We look for you to have:
Experience from a similar position in a restaurant or hotel.
Experience in leading a team in a kitchen during service.
Good communication skills and good cooperation skills. Ability to work in a structured way and make decisions in a fast pace
