We are now looking for a Sous -chef kitchen for Scandic Talk.

What does the role of Sous Chef entail?
You will play a very important role in the hotel by ensuring a world-class guest experience when it comes to our food and beverage environments. Your main tasks are to plan, prepare and cook food and to present the food in an appealing way. You also support and help the team in other parts of the hotel when needed, you should be able to inventory, kitchen economy, self-driven, able to make your own decisions, goal-oriented, create your own menu, stress-resistant and work at a high pace.
Who are you?
To fit the role, you need to have a passion for food and be attentive to details and guests' individual needs. You appreciate orderliness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to give our guests a great dining experience. For this position, we want you to have completed chef training or have acquired equivalent skills in another way. Personal qualities and attitude are most important for this recruitment. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
