Scandic Malmen is now undergoing a major renovation and we are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to help take the hotel and its restaurants and bars to the next level. In this role you will be responsible for - The kitchen where you, together with the Head Chef, are responsible for ensuring a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that you, together with the team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Sous Chef, you are part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. Who are you? You embrace change and have the ability to lead others through it, you are flexible and able to see solutions and build relationships. You are a leader who takes being present at different times and days for granted and takes a holistic approach to everything you do.
