Here we run a hotel, 2 different restaurants (including our award-winning meat restaurant HÄLL and newly built ANNO1815) in addition to banquet operations with weddings, dinners, events and we need more in the team. The team works 2 at lunch, 2-3 in the evenings and 3-4 on weekends (Sundays we are closed) Our food is very much about "meat & potatoes", gratins, meat on the grill, good sauces, buffets and more. We are now looking for a sous chef - who shares our passion for fantastic guest experiences The main tasks are to: - Leading the team in the evenings/weekends while the food is being prepared- Preparing and keeping our kitchen running. - As a sous chef, you will help develop our food offering to our guests. - To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to our guests and fit into our team - Collaborate with colleagues from all over the hotel and all departments. Experience: relevant education and at least 3 years of experience as a chef.
