What does the role involve? As a caretaker, you are an important part of the overall experience for our guests. You meet guests in the corridor, contribute to safety and show the service culture we are proud of. At the same time, you have a clear mission: to keep the entire hotel clean, safe and well-maintained, so that every guest is greeted by an environment that feels professionally cared for. Your duties will include: - Troubleshoot and correct faults in hotel rooms, public areas and technical environments. - Ensuring cleanliness and order in operational areas and areas that affect the overall impression - Ensuring structured and hygienic waste management - Coordinating and following up on the work of external contractors, such as electricians, HVAC technicians and other professionals, as required - Carry out regular checks of the hotel's fire and security systems to ensure that we meet our requirements and that guests and staff are in a safe environment. - Helping to ensure that the hotel is perceived as complete, well-maintained and in good condition every day.
