At Scandic Lugnet, our guests stay in the middle of Lugnet's large sports and outdoor facility with lots of activities all year round. They can enjoy nature or take a walk to Falun's city center with restaurants and shops. Our guests can also enjoy a good meal in our cozy restaurant or spend time in our relaxation area.

We are now looking for a skilled waiter for Scandic Lugnet.

As a Service Host, you will work in one or more areas of responsibility that all contribute to the overall guest experience. During your time with us, these areas may vary as you and the business develop. You'll take a lot of responsibility for making the decisions necessary to ensure guest satisfaction, and our teams will develop and improve their approach and service as the world around them changes. What does the role of Waiter entail?

You who work with the responsibility area Waiter Services are the first guest meets in our restaurant, therefore it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a passion for food and drink and like order and tidiness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. You will of course also support the team at the hotel with other tasks when needed.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is meritorious.

Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and your attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

The position is extra if needed until the summer with good possibility of extension during the summer 75%
