What does the role involve? You are the first guest to meet in our restaurant, so it is of great importance that you have a warm welcome and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a passion for food and drink and like order and tidiness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. Of course, you will also support the team at the hotel with other tasks as needed. Who are you? To be suitable for this role, we believe that you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. Information about the position: The service is an employment for single days on extra if needed. We are looking for a person who wants to work extra with us at Scandic Sundsvall City. The main task is work in our restaurant, but you will also have the opportunity for training at the reception. Working hours vary and can be daytime, evenings and weekends. We would like to see that you are studying or have another part-time job. You need to be at least 20 years old and be able to jump in at short notice.
