We are now looking for a Banqueting Manager for our beautiful hotel! What does the role involve? In your role, you have overall responsibility for all food and beverage service within our banquet and conference department. You are an important part of the planning work around our banquets and events, and are then responsible for the implementation here on site. We have 16 conference rooms of various sizes as well as one of Gothenburg's largest event venues, Grand Container, which gives us the opportunity to carry out many large and exciting bookings. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees. As Banqueting Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you?
