In this role as Breakfast & Lunch Manager, you are responsible for our Breakfast / Lunch department where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the breakfast experience is world-class in terms of both treatment and quality. This means working with your team to ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs. You are also responsible for our conference lunches together with your team. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Breakfast & Lunch Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you?
