You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Breakfast Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you?
