Are you the one? Scandic no 25, or 25:an as we are usually called, is located right by Gothenburg Central Station with good communications. The hotel is personal and cozy rather than big and grand. In the role of Front Office Manager, you are responsible for creating first-class guest experiences - from first impression to departure.
You have overall responsibility for our Front Office, where you, together with your team, ensure that every guest is met with world-class service - from check-in to check-out. The guest is always in focus, and you actively work to create a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Together with the Hotel Manager, you are also responsible for our breakfast department, where you ensure that the breakfast experience is of the highest quality - both in terms of service and range. Together with your team, you'll create a start to the day that exceeds guests' expectations, every day.
As Front Office Manager, you lead and develop both the business and the employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You are passionate about service, and through engaging and present leadership you inspire and motivate your colleagues to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
You will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations and will be responsible for planning and staffing the departments according to the needs of the business. You are also part of the hotel's management team, where you share responsibility with your colleagues for the hotel's overall performance and development.

We are looking for you who have experience in leading teams in similar roles in the service industry. You have relevant education, good administrative skills and experience in financial planning and follow-up. You are also comfortable with various systems support, and have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
