What does the role involve?
In this role you will be responsible for
You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various system support. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
