In this role as Head Waiter you are responsible for - Restaurant and bar operations. The service is mainly located in the evening on weekdays and weekends when the bar and restaurant are in operation. Some administration is involved. - Our Restaurant where you have the overall responsibility for giving our guests a fantastic food and drink experience. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. As a head waiter, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. Who are you? The position is full-time and involves working with the team in the evenings and weekends. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and we apply a probationary period of 6 months.
